Warm A Neighbor in Need This Winter

For more than 35 years, Washington Gas and the Salvation Army have partnered to help more than 294,000 families, seniors, veterans and neighbors throughout D.C., Virginia and Maryland keep the heat on when they hit hard times.

Since 1983, WAFF has disbursed more than $27 million to help cover heating bills while people recover from unexpected life events like illness or job loss, delivering 100% of donations to those in need, no matter what type of fuel is needed.

The WAFF Ice House brings the experience of a truly cold home to the public and shows how easy it is to help keep the heat on for our neighbors in need while they get back on their feet.

The 2019 Ice House will be open from January 18-19, 2019 at The Wharf.
